A new studio's take on positioning, quality over volume, and competing in a crowded market.

The main selling point is game quality from the player's perspective.

Player-facing vs B2B positioning. Your website feels much more player-facing than the typical B2B-focused websites most game studios build. Why did you choose this approach, and what advantages do you see in speaking directly to players rather than primarily to operators and aggregators?

Our idea was to build a proper hub not only for players, but primarily for industry professionals. We want casino managers to clearly understand how our product works, how to present it effectively, and what its true potential is. There are additional implementations and features currently in development — but I won’t reveal all the cards just yet.

Sales challenges for a new studio What are the main challenges for a sales team at a new studio today? Which platforms or integrations are must-haves, and which ones are simply nice-to-have but often overrated at an early stage?

The biggest challenge today is intense competition — the number of providers keeps growing every month. At the end of the day, the main selling point is game quality from the player’s perspective. If the product is strong, players will return and keep playing — and that’s the core objective of any casino.

For a skilled sales professional, communicating this value to decision-makers is not a problem 🙂

Focus & prioritization If you could choose only one priority for the next six months to move the business forward — what would it be, and why?

At our current stage of development, we are focused on balancing the quality and quantity of releases, while expanding our client coverage. There are many examples of brands launching with 50+ slots right away, often with questionable quality. We deliberately chose a different direction — delivering carefully crafted, high-quality releases instead of chasing volume.

Let’s revisit this conversation in six months 🙂
